So I have been getting more sleep, at least 7+ hours a night but this is what happens.
- Go to bed at 10 pmish
- Wake at 3 am
- think of and solve most of the world's problems (takes about 1/2 hours)
- go back to sleep for 3 more hours
- Wake and forget the solutions of the problems
PS It has been proven that getting enough sleep can also help in weight loss, another plus
You can always put your note book next to your bed so you can jot things down so you don't have to worry about remembering them in the morning. I will see you this weekend to work on week #2 with you! Great job mom, one week down, only 51 to go!!
