- I need to figure out what I value most if other stuff weren't in the way!
- Why am I here and where am I going (a hard one for a almost 60 year old woman, maybe I should of started sooner, but 60 is the new 50, still old)
- What is my purpose (a question that I think is easier to figure out after your dead)

Sleeping?
Week One Day 3
So I have been getting more sleep, at least 7+ hours a night but this is what happens.
PS It has been proven that getting enough sleep can also help in weight loss, another plus
So I have been getting more sleep, at least 7+ hours a night but this is what happens.
- Go to bed at 10 pmish
- Wake at 3 am
- think of and solve most of the world's problems (takes about 1/2 hours)
- go back to sleep for 3 more hours
- Wake and forget the solutions of the problems
PS It has been proven that getting enough sleep can also help in weight loss, another plus

Week 1
This is the start of a 52 week journey to get my life in order. I am using a book titled Organized Now, a week-by-week guide to simplify your space and your life. If you are feeling like I do, that stuff is in your way, controls your life and keeps you from achieving our goals, follow me on the road to recovery.
Week 1-4 deals with organizing yourself, setting goals and understanding how clutter in your closet is really more than just junk, but also is connected to psychological junk that is holding you back from happiness.
Writing down my goals and dreams was my first step. Where do I want to be at the end of this year. My homework for this next week is to get at least 7 hours sleep every night. This may sound easy for some but I have a really bad habit of watching reality TV late at night. Hoarders, Housewives, 16 and Pregnant, all shows that have negative vibes. I now can see that this is a waste of my time and precious energy.
Wish me luck
